We offer conditional and limited retainers for summary conviction criminal offences before the Ontario Court of Justice. The charge(s) must have been screened as a summary conviction offence(s) by the Crown Attorney.
Summary Election:
The Crown Attorney normally files the election of summary conviction at your first court appearance. At that time, you will also be receiving your initial disclosure regarding the charge(s) you are facing.
Legal Aid Certificates:
Unfortunately, Valour Legal Services does not accept any Ontario Legal Aid Certificates.
