Commissioner of Oaths

Commissioner of Oaths' services are offered in person or remotely.   A Commissioner of Oaths is a person authorized to take your oath or solemn affirmation when you sign an affidavit or a statutory declaration.

Remote commissioning of affidavits, oaths and statutory declarations is now permitted in Ontario since August 1st, 2020.  

Requirements must be met for remote commissioning.
