Provincial Offences Fees

VLS fixed or flat fee arrangement where we charge a specific total fee, plus HST, regardless of the amount of time that we spend working on the case.

VLS' fixed fee is paid by the client to our Valour Legal Services' trust account before we begin the legal work.

Why having a fixed fee?

VLS' fixed fee may be more suitable for Provincial Offences matters such as traffic, liquor licence or trespassing offences.

At Valour Legal Services, our fixed fees are already established and based on the complexity of various predetermined factors.

Appropriate Fees

Appropriate legal services fees are based on several factors including the legal complexity of the matter, the importance of the matter to the client, the results achieved and the ability of the client to pay for the legal services.
