Notary Public

Services are limited to the notarization of documents, administering oaths, affirmations and solemn declarations, certification of copies documents and the witnessing of agreements in the Province of Ontario. 

• Along with the role of verifying signatures, marks and copies of documents (such as Wills and Powers of Attorneys) as being true or genuine, a notary public also has all the powers of a Commissioner for taking affidavits.  
• An affidavit is a written statement or declaration of facts that are sworn or affirmed to be true.  

• Please note, Valour Legal Services can not provide you with any legal advices regarding the content of your document to be commissioned and/or notarized.    
• Valour Legal Services is not responsible for the contents of your documents.

• Notary services are in person only. 
• You must present valid Government Photo Identification.   
• VLS offers mobile and emergency services.
