Our Disbursement Fees

Permitted disbursements are expenses that Valour Legal Services has paid on a client's behalf to others who have provided services in support of the case. 

These out-of-pocket expenses are not included as part of an hourly rate but may be included in a fixed fee.  

Valour Legal Services is permitted to charge clients for ongoing permitted disbursements such as printing, photocopying, court filing fees,  parking, transcripts of examinations.
